Shipping to customers

• All deliveries and services are based on our general terms and conditions.
• We expressly reserve the right to make changes to the colors, designs, packaging and packaging units specified in the web shop.
• Misprints and obvious errors in price lists, offers, order confirmations, delivery notes or invoices do not entitle the buyer to subsequent, final monetary and legal claims.

The shipping costs vary depending on the item and weight. You will receive the exact shipping costs when you look at the shopping cart with the selected items. The shipping costs including surcharges for bulky goods and forwarding are shown in the order process under shopping cart.

Delivery time

The delivery times specified by us are non-binding for us. Events of force majeure entitle us to cancel the delivery obligations in whole or in part. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
